Our benchmarks rate and rank customer experience, monitor competitors and deliver prioritised recommendations. It measures the customer experience across the internet, e-mail and telephone channels to assist companies to better relate to their customers.
Customer Experience Benchmark Analyst
You will have
- A love for surfing the web and a great understanding of the internet
- A high level of self motivation and enjoy working within a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- An ability to meet objectives in a role having some autonomy
- Displayed pro-active problem solving in past positions
- Proven time management capability
- Excellent PC skills (in particular MS EXCEL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in quality assurance, web design, online research would be beneficial
The successful candidate will receive full training and certification as a Global Reviews Customer Experience Benchmark Analyst.
