Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Global Reviews Pty Ltd ABN 095 209 073.
2. This competition is open to residents of all Countries.
3. The competition is titled "Global Reviews December 2004/February 2005 Surveys" and the winner will be selected on the 15th of February 2005.
4. Entries must be received the day before the prizes are drawn.
5. The "Submit" button will send entries to a designated database. The winner will be selected based on the best answer to a specified question, clearly designated as such on the survey form, as determined by the judges listed in Section 11.
6. Where multiple surveys are included as part of a single prize draw, the best overall response from all eligible surveys will be selected, as determined by the judges listed in Section11. In this case, up to ten surveys may be included as part of a single prize draw.
7. Where multiple surveys are included as part of a single prize draw, each survey entitles the respondent to one additional entry.
8. Each e-mail address is limited to one entry per survey.
9. Each respondent is limited to one entry per survey.
10. Only entries with valid e-mail addresses will be eligible to win. If the entry selected as the winner does not have a correctly filled out and valid e-mail field, the next best answer as determined by the judges will be designated the winner. This process will be repeated until an entry with a valid e-mail address is selected.
11. No correspondence will be entered into and the decision of the judges will be final. Judges will be the Founding Directors, Adir Shiffman and Adam Goodvach.
12. Winners will be notified of their success by e-mail, using the entry details provided. A reminder e-mail will be sent out seven days after the draw. Failure to respond to either e-mail within 14 days will result in a forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected using the technique as outlined in '5'.
13. Prizes are to be collected from Global Reviews' office at Level 4, 29-33 Palmerston Crescent, South Melbourne, or will be mailed to winners if requested to do so.
14. Immediate family of the directors and employees of Global Reviews Pty Ltd are not eligible to win the competition.
15. The e-mail addresses collected through this process will not be divulged to any 3rd party and only those people requesting further correspondence will be contacted by Global Reviews.
16. The prize comprises a travel voucher to the approximate value of A$300.
17. Global Reviews reserves the right to end or extend the competition at any time, irrespective of the expected closing date.
